REGIONAL EDITION
Welcome to the first regional edition of the EBRD Women on Boards programme, jointly organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Endeavor Romania.
The programme aims to provide support to women in business with the experience and education to advance into senior roles, including those currently in leadership or transitioning to nonexecutive positions, as well as entrepreneurs managing startups or SMEs who aim to professionalize their governance.
In 2025, EBRD Women on Boards will bring together, in Bucharest, regional speakers who lead the way in board excellence. Join us in person or online for a day of inspiring presentations, a hands-on board simulation, and networking opportunities (please see the agenda below).
Participation is free, but registration is required via the link below (by 01 June 2025).
Please note that there is limited availability for in-person attendance, and participation is subject to confirmation by organizers.
